Our PE today was fun because I got to meet and play with my classmates who are all unfamiliar to me and one of them was a girl from Russia whose name is Nina. They're actually two of them but the other one was not in sports attire. Not sure why. Anyway, it's not everyday I get to meet people from other countries. When we introduced ourselves to each other, I had this urge of saying 'spasibo' to her but I was uncertain what meaning was. I might have been embarrassed. Good thing I didn't because I googled it just now and learned that the meaning of it is 'thank you'. I thought it was hello. LOL. I first heard that word two years ago during my Kas 2 subject. One thing I also noticed about Nina is that she's tall. She roughly stands at 5'6"-5'9". But after learning that she's from Russia, I wasn't surprised anymore because as far as I'm concerned, Russians are very tall people. Aside from that, she knows how to play volleyball. I can't tell for now how good she is since we played for a short time only but I'm pretty sure she knows how to play the sport.
Aside from Nina, I also got to meet Paula, Harvey, Aljon, and Jay. I want to meet the others so that our class would be more fun. It's easy to get along with others most especially all of us (I assume) love to play volleyball.
After the class, some of my classmates and I still played after asking for permission from Sir Isada. I'm now foreseeing the interclass competition on March and from my observations of the laru-laro, I know our class will do well. Excited for next meeting!
